• To assist in the change management for the SMART Library System project, such as library materials, refurbishment of circulation floor and transition of use on new library equipment
• To assist in providing library services and handling readers' enquiries & complaints;
• To assist in daily administrative and management work;
• To assist in overseeing the library and facilities maintenance and improvement work;
• To assist in planning and carrying out library user education, programmes for promoting library resources and extension activities
• To liaise with and outreach to different organisations for carrying out user education, programmes for promoting library resources and library extension activities
• To assist in stock editing, promoting the usage of library stock and supervising withdrawal of library materials
• To assist in supervising the operation and management Work
• To assist in planning and preparation for the projects and monitoring its progress and its compliance with the library requirement

• Have a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
• Possess "Level 3' or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE/ HKCEE
