Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Support access control related system project works
• Communicate with users and related vendors on project implementation
• Assist in administering contractual requirements
• Prepare relevant documents for tender submission
• Monitor and report project status, material procurement and project schedule
• Supervise and monitor site works when required
• Prepare internal ordering note and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:-

• At least 1 year’s working relevant experience
• Good PC knowledge and Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Cantonese
• Good knowledge of AUTOCAD is advantage
• Good communication skills and willing to learn attitude
