Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers and other reception duties in a professional manner
  • Coordinate and arrange for the replenishment of stationery, office and pantry supplies
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating Company events and activities
  • Assist the administration officer in all kinds of HR & administration works
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year’s customer services, receptionist or office administration experience
  • A cheerful and cooperative team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized,
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
