• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Provide courier service and distribute mails accordingly
• Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
• Administer the conference room booking system
• Coordinate and assist on company’s events, staff activities and office relocation/renovation
• Maintain calendar for appointments and plan travel arrangements when required
• Oversee the ordering and replenishment of refreshments
• Supervise tea ladies and ensure the office is clean and tidy
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned and other office administrative tasks

• Prior work 2+ years experience as a Receptionist in MNCs/local firms
• Excellent verbal communication skills including written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent customer services manner and strong communication skill
• Proficient knowledge in general computer applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills
