Job Description
Role Purpose
This position is responsible for managing People’s policies, procedures and guidelines. The role is also a focal point of HR governance and compliance with relevant parties. He/she will assist in employee benefits and performance management.
- Develop, review and update People’s policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure that they adhere to corporate governance and standards.
- Keep abreast of the latest employee related regulations and develop or update People’s policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Legal Department for HR risks and non-compliance issues, including but not limited to data governance.
- Review and improve HR operational procedures for efficiency enhancement
- Assist in annual audit issues with respective parties
- Act as a focal point in relation to People’s policies and procedures, as well as HR governance and compliance matters.
- Assist the Head of Performance and Rewards in employee benefits insurances and programs, performance management and related projects.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ or above of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of HR related principles and regulations, including but not limited to HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, Inland Revenue Ordinance, and Personal Data Privacy Ordinance;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS, OneDrive and Teams.

Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
