Responsibilities:

HR & Admin Support

- Managing office daily operations and administration duties (e.g. enquiry handling, keep office tidiness, office supplies and equipment maintenance )
- Managing human resource operations and document (e.g. employment process, applications, payroll, MPF, leave handling, staff on board process)
- Hosting staff training & gathering activities
- Performing operational or ad hoc duties as assigned by management or teammate when needed (e.g. sourcing, reporting, delivery arrangement, manpower support)

Accounting Support 
- Recording vendor payment into system and cheque issuing 
- Managing of monthly expense & income document and record transaction in system and keep organising related document 
- Assisting in invoicing client 

Job Requirement:
-  Highly responsible with on time working
-  Make things happen attitude
-  Able to work independently , proactive to learn new things and eager to grow
-  Degree / Diploma holder in related disciplines
-  Well-versed in labour ordinance, MPF ordinance and HR practices is a bonus
-  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Working Location: Kwun Tong
