• F. 5 or above
• At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in logistics especially on Mainland China Import arrangement
• Familiar with Import / Export procedures (both by sea & air) & necessary documentation.
• Able to work independently, reliable, self-motivated with a detailed mind and team work spirit
• Cantonese native speaker with good command in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Chinese Input Method
• Work from Monday to Friday plus 1/2 day on every fourth Saturday
• Immediate available is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Co-ordinate and arrange with suppliers and local trucking companies on end to end services
• Able to handle Import and Export procedure with steamship lines / airlines and cargo trucks
• Cargo tracking, customs declaration/clearance and all related documentation
• In assist of generating sales quotations, customers’ invoices, sorting and filing
