Our client is a well-established Interior Design and Project Management firm in Hong Kong. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project documentation, quotations
• Monitor and provide administrative support to project team to complete the projects within the schedule, budget and design requirement
• Sub-letting orders to contractors and issue purchase order
• Assist in follow-up with subcontractors and clients
• Co-ordinate with factory and supplier for materials arrangement
• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries and to provide information to customers about the status of their orders and shipment & delivery arrangement

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant working experience, experienced in interior design firm is a PLUS!
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred!!
