Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations and support different departments of the company
- Responsible for staff management, including performance evaluation, employee policies, employee compensation, recruitment etc.
- Budget and cost control of the departments
- Monitor the overall development of the company
- Assist in the operations duties of the director (fund management, project management)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related discipline
- At least 8-10 yearsof operation/management experience
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fund operations or business development will be advantages
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
