Responsibilities

• Monthly invoice handling (data entry, printing & scanning)
• Comparison on inspection cost (quotation)
• Data entry on sample comment / daily operation
• Assist in sample dispatchment   
• Arrange inspection
• Prepare Quality Department data report
• Support Engineers to do document upload
• Support Quality Manager for paperwork

Requirements

• Experience in data support
• 1-2 years related working experience
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills
• Able to build strong relationship with the team and different departments across the company to achieve the best results for customers
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
