Responsibilities

• Assist in handling a full spectrum of HR duties, including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, leave management, MPF administration, tax filing
• Maintain and update employee records, and personnel filing
• Responsible for recruitment including job posting, preparing interviews, onboard arrangement and staff orientation
• Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities
• Assist in performing a full spectrum of day-to-day office administrative operations and functions, including but not limited to office, equipment procurement and maintenance, handling incoming/ outgoing mails and couriers
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in a related field has an advantage
• Well organized, pro-active, multi-tasking, meticulous and work independently
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
