Key Responsibilities

• Organize the schedule for the Director & arrange meetings including venue and other materials for the team;
• Arrange Business trip's transportation and accommodation;
• Sustain good central filing system and record for the department;
• Consolidate reports for different projects (including expenses, campaign summary etc.);
• Assist payment / petty cash claim procedure for different projects (to different vendors);
• Support marketing events if necessary
• Support the marketing department administration matters;
• Perform other administration & ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• University Graduate or High Diploma with relevant experience;
• Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
• Skillful application of MS Office;
• Independent, detail-minded with efficiency; outgoing and a good team-player;
• Need travelling to China, Macau and other destinations
