Job Description
Our client is a reputable retail group in the luxury brand business. They are seeking for a secretary to assist senior management in business and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the head of Executive Assistant, provide all-round secretarial support to the team related to business communication and marketing events.
- Attend brand meeting with CEO / senior management, take minutes, and communicate with relevant parties for action as necessary.
- Act as a bridge between internal and external parties to facilitate smooth communications and follow up business deadlines when needed.
- Assist in drafting business communications for CEO in a professional manner.
- Review contracts and agreements. Assist to make amendment as requested by management.
- Support office administrative task and ad hoc projects (e.g. marketing events, in-store VIP events)
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of administrative support.
- Proactive, organized, detailed-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task.
- Flexible team player that can work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Close-native English speaker highly prefer.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and client servicing skills.
- Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility to support in event as needed.
