Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs, research and analyze potential training development strategy
• Design, develop and enrich the content of training activities including ppt and e-learning modules for our corporate learning management system
• Implement strategic marketing activities to promote leadership programs
• Closely coordinate with internal parties while maintaining positive relationships
• Support weekly and monthly administrative support such as event coordination, tracking reports, onboarding procedures etc.
• Conduct training data analysis and compile training reports on training effectiveness
• Participate in LDP and implement all acquired skills to deliver results
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
• 1-year relevant experience or above. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Knowledge of business and marketing concepts
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Aptitude for continuous learning and able to apply new knowledge in a diverse and energetic working culture
• Detail-minded, can-do attitude with a business mindset
• A passionate team player who can align, engage & motivate team development
• Ability to convince and convey, present an idea with gravitas in a fast-paced working environment
