Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Deliver full scope of HR service, including but not limited to recruitment, orientation, compensation & benefits and employee relations
•  Manage and support end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job advertisement posting, candidate screening, interview and selection, contract signing and on/off-boarding arrangement, etc.
• Maintain staff records and compile HR related reports
• Assist in maintaining the HRIS database
• Assist in monthly payroll & MPF administration, leave and attendance records, annual tax returns, employee compensation related matter
• Assist in implementing HR related policies and procedures
• Liaise with different parties on HR administrative issues
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job

Requirements:-

• Degree or above with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, banking or financial industry experience is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinances, MPF Regulations and other related legislation
• Good analytical and logical mind set for handling data preparation and analysis
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel & Power Point
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
