Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate input of data which may include employer and member enrolment, contribution, change of investment mandate, fund switching and fund re-balancing, change of information, employer and employee termination, etc.
- Prepare standard letters to clients and documents for imaging
- Be responsible for document filing and retrieval from the warehouse
- Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent (F.5/DSE graduate with relevant experience will also be considered)
- 1 - 2 years of working experience with one year in pension fund administration
- Proficiency in computer skills e.g. Word and Excel
- Knowledge of MPF PRO or other Pension Fund Administration system
