Job Responsibilities

• 承接集团人力资源部相关工作要求，完善及落地政策
• 根据业务战略目标分解，协助部门制定年度人力资源规划，收集、分析各团队绩效指标及完成情况，同时对部门半年及年度完成情况进行进度跟进及总结
• 制定并完善管理层人员选拔任用政策，组织并实施管理人员聘任工作
• 负责人才发展相关项目，包括管理层人员管理、专家人才评选、双向人才流动、毕业生(Global Graduate Trainee) 发展项目、创新项目经理培养、技术人才发展政策及人才梯队等工作
• 负责岗位列表维护及梳理，完善并优化职位管理体系，根据业务发展需要实施职位动态管理
• 荣誉激励体系搭建与优化，完善和丰富非物质激励，包括完善各类荣誉激励政策、组织实施如年度晋升、季度星级员工评选、员工成长积分计划、协助申报集团荣誉奖项等
• 作为全球政策归口管理团队，整体负责全球人力资源相关政策的制定、更新及发布，并协助销售单元制定相应属地化实施细则
• 部门合规管理接口，负责执行合规办下发的任务，包括制度更新、关键岗位廉洁防控、合规工作计划及进度跟踪等，落实部门合规工作建设
• •流程工作归口管理，包括流程优化、梳理工作落地。

• Degree holder in human resources management/business studies or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant HR/OD experience gained from sizable organizations
• Proficiency in MS Office, PPT and Chinese Word Processing
• Humble, strong customer focus, result driven and willing to take ownership
• Able to work under tight deadline and dynamic environment
• Active team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Officer level
