Job Description
Duties:
- Assisting Operation Manager in maintaining and handling the daily operations of all shops
- Maintain adequate and timely communication between office and frontline shops
- Provide administrative support and data entry into the system
- Support in ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned by Manager, e.g. retails, logistic and stocks
- Conduct site visit and prepare related reports to manager regularly
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above with 0-2 years working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excels, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
- Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communications skills
- Experienced in retail industry is welcomed
