Reporting to the PwC China HR Transformation and Change Management Lead, the associate is responsible for assisting the People Strategy workstream, providing leadership support, project management, as well as managing change and internal communications of strategic people activities across the firm. This role will work closely with the People Strategy lead and the People Leadership Team to deliver the firmwide people strategy and priorities. 

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the People Leadership Team to support the design and delivery of the PwC China People Strategy
  • Managing and overseeing the status and impact of key initiatives and projects across the People Organisation
  • Drafting and reviewing firmwide communications, developing key messages and talking points for senior leaders 
  • Preparingexecutive presentationssummarising data and insights from HR performance data and key people metrics for management reporting
  • Researching for information and developing contents for thought leadership as well as social media articles for the Chief People Officer
  • Managing and coordinating executive leadership meetings including outcomes and follow-up actions
  • Designing and coordinating firmwide people engagement events and briefing sessions for senior leaders
  • Other leadership support and agile project management, where required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sizable multinational organisation preferred.
  • Degree background in Business/ Psychology / HR / Communications preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to deal with multiple projects at the same time.
  • Self-starter who can work with autonomy and agility.
  • Has a wider strategic interest in the firm and the marketplace in which we operate.
  • Has the ability to connect facts to understand the wider picture.
  •  Has a pragmatic and objective approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly flexible and able to perform under pressure.
  • Experience with meeting and project management is preferred.
  • Research, data analytics, visualisation and Business Intelligence skills will be beneficial.
  • Fresh graduates with HR internship experience is also welcome.
