Requirements:

• Immediate available is preferred
• F5 or above/DSE, fresh graduates are welcome
• 2-3years relevant working experience with shipping experience is an advantage
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and independent with good communication and problem solving skills and positive working attitude

• Work closely with internal parties, customers, factories, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth daily operation on order placement, fulfillment and shipping arrangement etc.
• Responsible for daily sales administrative activities (e.g. quotation, sales order and after sales etc.)
• Arrange shipments and follow up order status and shipment schedule
• Local delivery coordination
• Support & coordinate sales promotion & marketing activities
