Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- providing project-wide administrative document control support to the project control team;
- providing support on all administrative processes including day-to-day project liaison with internal and external parties, preparation of project documents and records, facilitating the transmission of submissions and maintenance of records; and
- assisting to ensure project-specific documentation requirements are met.
You should:
- possess a high school standard/ Diploma or above;
- have 2 to 3 years of administrative experience in large organisation; candidate with less experience may also be considered;
- be proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel; and
- have good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
