• Handle and review loan documents and agreements including syndicated loan
• Handle syndicated loan transactions including drawdown, rollover and settlement, fee collection, etc.
• Handle facility and security agent function for syndicated loan facility including preparation of relevant correspondences and waiver request
• Handle pre-drawdown checking and post drawdown monitoring
• Maintain credit limit
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in credit administration and documentation 
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
