Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To plan and implement the talent management and organisation development strategy in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans
  • To design and implement policies, processes, systems and initiatives for organization development, succession planning, talent identification, selection and development for building talent pools and leadership pipeline
  • To define future talent needs for all levels according to the business strategy and strategic manpower plan of URA
  • To conduct organisational research and analysis to identify opportunities to increase organisational capacity and efficiency
  • To develop recognition and coaching culture and provide personalize coaching service to key talents
  • To work in partner with Training and Development team in talent development and encourage cross team fertilization
  • To promote effective employee communications and drive employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Humanities or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Management, People Development and Organisation Development in established organisation of which at least 5 years should be in a managerial capacity with proven track record in working independently
  • Experience in public bodies or consulting firms will be an added advantage
