Qualification Requirement:

• a Bachelor degree preferably in management, finance or a related discipline from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• have at least three years' post-degree working experience including at least one year working experience at supervisory level;
• have good knowledge of computer programme applications including English and Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and preferably Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint, etc; and
• Meet the Language Proficiency Requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent.

Job duties:

• provide administration support for the implementation of the co administration of the two vaccines;
• handle complaints and enquiries about co-administration;
• participate in the procurement exercises for the supplies and consumables replied for co-administration;
• check and process payment of various fees;
• and perform other duties as instructed by the Government Representative.
