Job Responsibilities

• Act as one of the core trainer/facilitator to conduct diversify company internal learning and development programs
• Plan, design, demonstrate and evaluate company training programs
• Follow up and improve company training program for enhancement
• Proactive review/change of company L&D direction subject to industry change
• Align and implement company L&D strategies
• Work with external consultants/vendors on specific training program/project needs
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree holder in human resources management/business studies or related discipline
• Hands-on experiences in designing and delivering training/workshops is a must
• Minimum 6 years employee training experiences preferably in sizable organizations
• Solid internal training program design with facilitation
• Good in project management, organizational, collaboration and communication
• Proactive and strong passionate as an internal facilitator/influencer
• Mature, responsible and able to work with staff with all levels
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Strong in MS Office and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Officer level
