Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support
• Arrange and prepare business summaries, reports and presentation materials
• Coordinate with HK & PRC headquarter for admin work
• Prepare various reports and follow ad hoc projects
• Handle correspondences, minutes, reports, proposals and confidential documents as required;
• Manage and coordinate internal/external communication;

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above, preferably in Business Administration;
• 2-3 years working experience in secretarial field
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Well-organized, presentable and efficient
• Hard worker, quick learner and detail-minded
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
