Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To take full responsibility for delivery, reporting, organisation and management Projects as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) function for "client" in respect of ISS self-delivery and agent delivery across the Asia Pacific region.
  • To assess, engage and direct Supply partners across the full range of Project Delivery assigned to the PMO function
  • To provide timely, accurate and regular progress reports on the full breadth of projects being managed through the PMO function
  • To author, review and control processes and procedures and governance of project delivery in line with ISS and "client" framework guidelines and expectations
  • To drive excellence in performance, compliance, conformance and continuous improvement across both the Domestic and International Portfolio
  • Lead with a partnership vision focused on delivering best value to all Stakeholders supporting, implementing and contributing to the strategic gaols of the organisation across its real estate platform internationally
  • To ensure compliance with Contract Deliverables, Performance, KPIs, Reporting and shared objectives with the client team
  • To have a thorough knowledge of the Estate, Locations and buildings within Office Services function operates and of the international supply chain partners network ISS Classification - Restricted - External
  • Support "client" as required with Facilities related projects within APAC. Be a contributing strategic partner in defining and delivering on long term goals for Estates Team
  • To lead and support the wider management team in support of the Account Director and International Operations Director ensuring understanding of each of the function areas and the systems that they utilise and the true purpose of their roles in relation to supporting "client" as a business in achieving their goals and supporting business performance
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders across the business. Drive clear, concise and timely communication across all teams and with various stakeholder groups domestically and internationally
  • Oversight and Overall Responsibility for the production, implementation and enhancement of operational procedures, ensuring regular reviews and enhancements are undertaken in line with expected time frames with specific focus on Projects and Move Management

Key Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain, handover & warranty management inclusive of O&Ms, Service contracts
  • Ensure and Oversee updating of Record Drawings as required by the client
  • Ensure and Oversee development of CAD drawings, scope creation and project briefs inclusive of estimates for Project Approval in support of the client team
  • Responsibility for Health &Safety on relevant projects inclusive of CDM management (where required)
  • Implementation & compliance with all statutory, ISS procedures.
  • Financial management & reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
  • Business development and contract growth in line with client needs
  • To perform survey and scoping works developing Client brief into a working schedule of works.
  • Obtain procurement board (or similar) approvals within client and ISS governance
  • To ensure that all works undertaken are completed to ISS, Client and good practice trade standards
  • To support the Head of Projects (ISS) in the implementation and delivery of projects & technical support services across the Client account in order to ensure high standard of service
  • Liaising with Client on change control, planning, opportunities, risks and documents
  • Establishing consistent practices and standards adhering to the engineering & project governance arrangements, including project planning, reporting, change control, analysing risks and maintaining and updating the risk register
  • Proving Project Management Support to workstreams and to address in-service related issues
  • Overall planning of the project delivery with inputs provided from all workstreams
  • Collecting program/project metrics and reports as measured against the baseline and reporting on any deviations
  • Reviewing program/project schedules and budgets and questioning them when they fall off schedule or over budget

Requirements

  • Degree Qualified or job holder to be educated to at least HNC, NVQ level 4 or equivalent full technical standard. Ideally hold a recognised qualification in project management.
  • NEBOSH Certificate
  • BIFM Qualification or Significant Industry Experience to be demonstrated
  • CAD certification/qualification and/or awareness
  • Technical expertise, qualifications in an engineering discipline would be an important pre-requisite of the role.
  • Knowledge of key operational procedures, eg, project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.
