Key Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end design, development and deployment of digital learning solutions for front office and back office staff in the organization, including BAU projects, ad-hoc projects, legacy course conversions, and long term learning innovation projects
- Apply Adult Learning Principles (including Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Learning Design, LX Principles, etc) and various Technology Tools to deliver visually engaging interactive courses, explainer videos, job aids and other digital learning assets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse requirements, prepare timelines, manage expectations and ensure project deliverables are effectively developed and deployed
- Perform Needs Analysis, Storyboarding, Rapid Prototyping, Solution Development, and Deployment independently based on feedback by L&D team
- Act as the point of contact to curate, update and maintain Lane Crawford Academy’s shared repository of digital learning resources
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience working as an eLearning Instructional Designer. Experience working in an eLearning agency is an added advantage.
- A Degree or higher qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Instructional Design, Education or related field
- Proficient in rapid-authoring and software tools, including but not limited to Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro
- A proven self-starter with an entrepreneurial growth mindset, with the willingness to take ownership and think out of the box in creative solutioning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required
