Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative work such as sales quotation, office supplies and filing;
  • Process sales orders and follow up order related requests;
  • Perform general receptionist duties such as operation of telephone system, greeting visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing fax, courier and mailing;
  • Handle travel arrangement such as air-ticket, hotel booking and insurance purchasing;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.     

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer services or operations areas or logistics operations is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Initiative, independent, good interpersonal & organization skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
