Job Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen (負責廚房的食物製備，烹飪和一般職責。)
- Ensuring food quality, food safety and food presentation are maintained in a high standard (確保食品質量、食品安全和食物展出維持高標準。)
- Assist in receiving and verifying food ingredients to ensure the qualities are in line with the requirement of company (協助收取並核實食品材料，以確保質量符合公司要求。)
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor (履行上司或管理層所分配的其他職責。)
Job Requirements 工作要求:
- At least five year relevant experience in hotel or restaurant (至少有5年在酒店或餐廳的相關工作經驗。)
- Good communication in Cantonese and English (良好中文、具英語溝通能力者更佳。)
