Job Description
Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Education
- Minimum 3 years' working experience
- Good written skills in Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work Closely with Manager and Assistant Manager in KMB Academy to formulate the training targets and syllabus
- Design, prepare, review and update the training materials
- Conduct and deliver specified training for instructors and trainees of KMB Academy
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training of all instructors on all kinds of training in KMB Academy
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the training to the instructors and recommend improvement methods
- Interview the KMB Academy's trainees and evaluate their performance
- Develop e-learning materials and manage e-learning platform
- Assist in other training duties and ad-hoc projects as required
