Chicks (雞仔嘜) is a renowned home-grown thermal / innerwear brand in Hong Kong. With recent launch of new e-commerce platform and Chicks app, we are now looking for business development senior asssociate / manager to help further expand our business in Macau. We believe we are a known brand to Macau but with limited market exposure, so with enhanced online channel, there is great potential for growth for our brand.
Responsibilities:
• Define sales plan and KPIs, track and analyze shop and online shop performance to optimize sales performance
• Develop and implement marketing strategies internally and with vendors to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, promote and drive online sales
• Work closely with sales, marketing and merchandising departments to gain synergy on promotion campaigns online and offline, including implementation of O2O events in local market
• Operate and maintain the online store platform including content, orders, and customer relationship management.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in PR, Marketing, Business or related disciplines are preferred
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience. Fashion retailing experience is preferable
• Strategic mindset and possess strong planning communications and analytical skills
• Strong in both written English and Chinese
