Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct in-store training and development initiatives based on store focus and needs.
  • Understand the training needs of the team by observing on-floor and partner selling with sales staff, and feedback to the management team.
  • Provide on-floor coaching to staff who requires improvement in selling technique or service capability.
  • Lead and execute new joiner orientation program, be the mentor of new joiners and keep track of their progress and support need.
  • Follow up on the specialist training provided by office training team, ensuring the key knowledge is well delivered to the whole team.
  • Drive talent development initiative, providing guidance to the developing staff on in-store mini projects.
  • Work with sales team leaders to prepare the team for in-store events and animations.
  • Support internal communication, promote company’s focus in staff wellness and personal development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ retail training experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry and watch retailing industry or in similar capacity
  • Working experience in front line or boutique level is an advantage
  • Passion on training and positive mentality/attitude are must
  • Proactive, self-initiated, creative, good communication and presentation skill
  • Good team player and customer-oriented
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  Knowledge of French is an advantage 
  • Proficient with computer skills and MS Office
