Job Description:

• The candidate will mainly be responsible for Hong Kong final payment & Overseas payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, fund request, taxation and annual activities
• Liaise with overseas payroll vendors per agreed calendar
• Ensure gross to net calculations, local payments, system data and payroll journals are accurately completed on time and efficiently, in line with company policies and local regulations
• Liaise with Business unit HR and vendors to handle employee’s enquiry
• Maintain payroll schedules, SOP, country policies and procedures for assigned countries
• Support audits and special projects where required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience on payroll administration
• Experience in overseas payroll administration or familiar with overseas employment ordinance is an advantage
• Has a learning mindset, strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• A good team player with a positive working attitude, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Good command in English and Cantonese is must
• Experienced in HRIS is an advantage
