Our Client is a well established Company with several BUs in Asia.  They are now looking for a Strategic person and business partner (a High Caliber person) to head the Group HR Function.  This candidate is required to have a ‘good track record’ working for Well Known Companies with the best HR practices.  This position is one of the Senior Management Team member.

 This candidate should be all rounded:

• Able to build an HR Strategy, long term and short term plan, HR infrastructure to support the Company growth;
• Able to identify Talent employees;
• Able to facilitate Line Management to conduct ‘Succession Planning‘ and ‘Performance Management’;
• Has solid experience in building up HR system with best practices;
• Solid experience in HRIS, as well as able to build and implement HRIS system;
• Able to reinforce HR Policies and best practices to group companies;
• Able to align the group policies among group companies;
• Hands on and able to empower, enable HR staff to perform Professional HR jobs;
• Willing to travel to Asia Countries periodically.
• Experience in Employee Development and Training Development.

Requirements:

• University Degree in HR or related disciplines;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Able to communicate with different level of Employees and Department Head effectively;
• Strong Influence Skill, able to provide help and resolve issues;
• Can do attitude, always look for solutions and alternatives to strive for end result;
• Able to speak and write excellent English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Garment working experience is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years in HR Management position.

Remuneration: Salary package is around $1.8 - $2m.
