Our client is a well established international food trading company.  Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Shipping Clerk/Coordinator responsible to handle import and export shipping documents, provide administrative and clerical support for shipping department.

• 5 working days
• Salary HK$18,000 per month
• Bank holiday, 14 days annual leave, double pay, medical & dental insurance

The job:

• Handle shipping documents, verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Monitor and follow up shipment order
• Work closely with overseas offices and external parties, and ensure all processes on time
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team

The person:

• Form 5 or above with relevant experience in shipping and logistics operation in trading or manufacturing firms
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• Attention to detail, well-organised, team player, independent and responsible
