Job Description

Our client is a sizable famous company with attractive benefits is urgently looking for the following positions :

Position : Head of Human Resources / HR Manager (Department Head)

Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements :

University Graduate is a must, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline is highly preferable
At least 10 yrs HR Management experience with at least 5 yrs managerial level, gained in Banking or Financial Institution is a must plus commercial industries
Gained in China Based Organization or China Exposure is an advantage
Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
Fluent spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance or relevant regulation of Hong Kong
Self-motivated, Detail-minded, well-organized, ability to work under pressure
Stable, Mature Personality, Flexible, Smart & Energetic
Immediate Available is highly preferable

Responsibilities :

Manage the HR Department and its day-to-day functioning, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, global mobility, training and development, HR policy review, etc
Work closely with the management on all issues related to the people strategy
Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, and recommend solutions as needed to ensure HR practices are in compliance with Employment Ordinance and other statutory requirements
Develop and review HR policies and procedures
Handle ad hoc projects and tasks assigned
