Job Description

Job duties:

(a) To answer telephone enquiries/complaints via hotlines and provide instant
assistance and advice to callers in accordance with the prevailing regulations,
guidelines and protocols;
(b) To handle and investigate non-compliance cases of quarantine matters, cocoordinate
relevant parties on preliminary investigation results and liaise with
relevant parties for subsequent management of non-compliance cases of
quarantine matters;
(c) To provide back-end support in transfer operation so as to timely transfer
residents from contaminated residential building to quarantine sites;
(d) To contact and brief confinees via phone calls the quarantine facilities and the
quarantine matters such as the quarantine period, transfer time, points to notes
as well as record the special needs and then liaise with various stakeholders
in this respect;
(e) To arrange transfer of confinees to Quarantine Centres or Community
Isolation Facilities;
(f) To compile statistical records, update the related database and provide
administrative support;

Job Requirement:

(a) A holder of bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
and having met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above
in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma
of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(c) Have at least 2 years full-time working experience or 1 year full-time
working experience in the relevant field(s), such as public relations, call
centre, contact centre, back-end customer services, preferably gained from
public sector, medical and health related industry;
(d) Be proficient in Chinese and English word processing;
(e) Be proficient in computer programme application including Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel, and preferably Microsoft Access and Microsoft
PowerPoint, etc;
(f) Have solid experience in supervising junior staff will be an advantage;
(g) Preferably have work experience in office administration, data management,
project management, customer services or staff training.
(h) Have solid experience in serving senior officers in organisations or
enterprise or providing research and statistical support to public health
programme will be an advantage;
(i) Self-motivated and be able to work independently;
(j) Have good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(k) Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
