• Work closely with the hiring managers and HR in order to devise and implement tailored, fit-for-purpose talent acquisition approach to address future business and hiring needs.
• Establish effective talent sourcing strategies in both current and new talent acquisition channels, including agencies, vendors, industry bodies, universities, social platforms and professional network, to build pipelines of potential applicants across both HK and GBA areas.
• Plan and coordinate the overall interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, shortlisting, assessments, interviews and reference checks, leveraging technologies as appropriate to improve the overall efficiency and ensure a positive experience for both the candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Work with the hiring managers and HR to create and confirm job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Add value to overall business objectives, provides HR solutions, resolves personnel grievances and retains a talented workforce
• Work with BUs to identify the manpower needs and develop right people strategy.
• Actively monitor and achieve the cost and headcount target.
• Review and implement all HR related policies, procedures, and structures.
• Streamline workflow and maintain consistency in practices through cross team knowledge sharing and alignment.

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ HR generalist experience within sizeable organisations 
• Strong business partnering and Talent Acquisition skills and experiences with high ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within a matrix business structure
• Proven track record in effective planning, execution and achievement of collective goals through close collaboration within and outside HR
• Sophisticated knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Good knowledge of HR best practice and HR market trend of the banking industry
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills
