A retail company with more than 500 shops in Asia is looking for Manager / Senior Officer to join their TA team.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for office staff hires including corporate function, buying & merchandising from junior to senior positions
• Support recruitment activities in Asia offices  
• Draft job descriptions, post job ads on recruitment channels and manage recruitment accounts
• Fully utilize job boards and sourcing channels
• Proactively source candidates and build a talent pipeline  
• Engage with potential candidates and promote job opportunities
• Interview candidates, prepare interview summary and provide feedback to HRBP and hiring managers
• Schedule and set up interviews
• Participate in hiring decisions with HRBP and hiring manager
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects

Requirements: 

• 5 years of recruitment experience in Retail / FMCG / Commerce or related industries
• Recruitment agency or RPO experience is advantage 
• Experience in multiple sourcing channels
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Proven track record of success in recruitment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
