Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customers’ (parents and schools) inquiries/escalations via telephone, email and letters
  • Handle school fees collection and reconciliation
  • Update and maintain student data and fees records
  • Follow up with overdue accounts and hardship applications
  • Prepare monthly reports on school fees and enrolment for analysis
  • Follow up on refund applications
  • Handle  ad hoc assignments

Requirement

  • Tertiary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing customer accounts/customer support
  • Excellent communications skill, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office, equipped with fast data input skills
  • Hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable is preferable
  • Taking initiative, good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure, patient and team-oriented
  • Experience in an educational institution or bank will be an advantage
