Job Description

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and offers may be extended prior to the job closing date.
- Handle customers’ (parents and schools) inquiries/escalations via telephone, email and letters
- Handle school fees collection and reconciliation
- Update and maintain student data and fees records
- Follow up with overdue accounts and hardship applications
- Prepare monthly reports on school fees and enrolment for analysis
- Follow up on refund applications
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirement
- Tertiary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing customer accounts/customer support
- Excellent communications skill, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office, equipped with fast data input skills
- Hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable is preferable
- Taking initiative, good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure, patient and team-oriented
- Experience in an educational institution or bank will be an advantage
