Job Description
- Assess potential new or existing risks and implement procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
- Conduct due diligence exercises for the different business units
- Manage a portfolio of arrangements on behalf of the Company in order to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with the international team and intermediaries in Japan
- Draft/ negotiate and review agreements and contracts under the guidance of the Senior Legal Managers
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of legal experiences (including contract negotiating and drafting in English and Japanese)
- Fluent in English and Japanese (Cantonese is a bonus)
- Have had experience within the healthcare industry
- Be able to multi-task, problem-solve and be well-organized
