Job Description
Our client is a well-known manufacturing company which specialized in consumer products. They are now looking for an Account Executive (No Sales Quota) to support their Account Management (Japanese team) work.
- Support the Account Management (Japanese team) with general office administration and clerical work, including data entry, record filing etc.
- Remain professional manners when handling business correspondences, reports, filing system and confidential documents
- Handle sales operation tasks, e.g. quotations, samples and order processing
- Communicate with suppliers and customers on order requirements
- Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with factory and customers.
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as required
- Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
- 2 years working experience in Account Management, Sales Administration or other relevant positions
- Knowledge in Japanese is a must
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Detail oriented, well-organized with excellent communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
