(Sustainability and CSR project)
Responsibilities
Drive and implement the development of Sustainability and CSR strategies
Work with department head in coordinating and liaising with head office, subsidiaries, customers and staff for the company CSR project to ensure project quality & efficiency
Build relationships with non-profit organizations and developing strong partnerships
Prepare newsletters, we chat communications, training materials and relevant reports in needed
Lead the team to meet performance targets aligned to corporate objectives
Assist other ad-hoc assignments Requirements
Bachelor degree in any disciplines
Over 5 years relevant work experience, preferable in charity industry
Comfortable working with tight timelines and planning under uncertainties
Strong project management skills with successful track record of delivering projects in a sizable company, preferable in state-owned company
Good communication skills in managing and building strong relationships with different stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua) We offer 5 days work week, double pay, bank holiday and competitive remuneration package to the right candidates.
