We own and manage one of the youngest fleets of modern bulk carriers ,tankers and LPG carriers in the world. To cope with our expansion plan, we are now looking for high caliber candidate with good working attitude to join our Hong Kong team and become part of our successful stories!

Provide full range of professional and high-quality administrative support to ensure proper documentations & smooth operation
Liaise with internal and external parties to handle crew affairs including recruitment, training, certificates renewal and appraisal management
Handle all immigration formalities of crews & vessels
Ensure all vessels are managed by qualified crew at all times
Maintain up-to-date and systematic crew personnel filing system (DNVGL)
Check for various PRC manning agent’s disbursements bills.
Take care of crew departure and attend ship’s arrival and departure from Hong Kong when necessary
Assist Crew Manager in any ad hoc duties as required
Requirement
Diploma or above
Shipping, logistic or related disciplines will be added advantages
Responsible, positive, well organized and capable to communicate with all levels
Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
