Operations Associate

About US:

Infini is a Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund based in Hong Kong and we have offices in Taiwan and US. We have been in business since 2019. With the rapid expansion, we are now looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing Company

 Responsibility:

• Perform fund operations work including buy-side trade booking, cash and positions reconciliation, corporate actions monitor, NAV Verification, payment arrangement, reporting, etc
• Monitor day-to-day fund administration including liaison with fund administrator, prime brokerage, outsourced middle office and vendors
• Work closely with traders and portfolio managers on trade related portfolio, and PnL inquiries
• Liaise between prime brokers, execution brokers, fund admin and vendors to resolve any settlement issues/ breaks
• Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies in an accurate and timely manner
• Ad hoc requests from brokers including account opening, KYC, connectivity, etc

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or Finance related discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience of Fund Operations/ Fund Accounting / buy side *
• Prior experience with Northern Trust, acting as a fund administrator or middle office service provider, is preferred
• Good understanding of Enfusion/ VBA will be a plus
• Solid knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products
• Strong analytic, problem-solving skills and detail-oriented individual with strong understanding of fund operations process
• Detail oriented and good with numbers
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate
