Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives
• Support M&A projects, including target screening, diligence and valuation
• Manage processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, report writing and project management
• Support the development of clear briefings and presentations to Executive team
• Take a proactive role in identifying and sourcing potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities that align with the group's strategic goals in various markets
• Co-ordinate internal governance processes in relation to strategic priorities and M&A execution

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline
• At least 3 years of consulting background/ strategy/ research experience
• Demonstrated previous experience within the Industrial sector is an advantage
• Effective stakeholder/ senior decision maker influencing and communication skills
• An inquisitive mindset and lateral thinking approach
• Understanding of strategic frameworks and applications is desirable
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin
