Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience Division, including but not limited to setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, managing the correspondence, compiling presentation materials, etc.
  • Update and maintain related records and inventory for proper filing
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects, and handle other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications or above as highest education level attained
  • 1-2 years clerical experience, preferably in banking industry
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Well organized, attentive to details and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Appointment will be made on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Renewable of contract or permanent role may be offered to candidate subject to performance and operational needs.
