• Reconciliation of positions, trades and cashflow using proprietary software
• Checking NAVs
• Liaising with regularly with portfolio managers, prime brokers, clearing banks and fund administrators
• assist in preparing reports for management including regulatory reports
• Responsible for filing and documentation
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required, which could include research projects depending on skills

 In addition, depending on the level of progress and affinity, there may be the possibility to study trading theory and practical trading aspects more in-depth with a portfolio manager as a mentor study and may include research assignments.

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in finance, economic or a quantitative field like math, physics etc
• Affinity with the financial market in general
• Good calculation and logical skills
• Good at problem solving and trouble shooting
• Team player and outspoken mentality
• Good communication skills in English 
• Affinity with programming like Python is a pre.
