Job Description
- To ensure all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed in a timely and accurate basis ;
- To maintain a clear and systemic record of pending items to ensure that follow up actions are duly taken;
- To carry out standard checks on all transactions prior to execution to ensure they meet the required standards;
- To support Team Heads in executing all daily tasks in adherence to Head Office policies, applicable legislation and department procedures, in accordance to set procedures;
- To complete administration activities, including but not limited to filing of documentation, data entry; and
- Adhere to the Company policies and guidelines.
- Secondary Education or above;
- 1 year of relevant experience is preferable;
- Sound knowledge of domestic and foreign, inward and outward remittance operations, cable, FPS operations;
- Good knowledge and understanding of AML requirements applicable to remittance operations;
- Good PC skill (Word, Excel and Power Points); and
- Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others.
